Leadership programmes
We offer a wide range of professional and leadership development opportunities, underpinned by research findings and practical solutions. Our programmes explore the relationship between leadership and learning so that you can sharpen your critical thinking, and keep ahead in the constantly evolving landscape of leadership development.

Tailored leadership programmes for Health and Social Care professionals
Building on our established track record within the field of education, we are now extending our suite of tailored leadership development programmes to the health and social care sectors. This year has seen the launch of new programmes for clinical and non-clinical middle leaders within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust and for social work practice managers in the London Borough of Southwark. Both programmes feature face to face sessions combined with online and blended learning aproaches. They are developed in close partnership with clients so they are context specific and enable practitioners to identify and achieve impact on their personal leadership practice as well as outcomes for service users and patients.
