Coaching supports leadership, leadership of change, professional development, human resource issues, role induction (including middle leaders and NQTs), personalising learning and team development.
Programmes are rooted in practice and contemporary research findings. We offer postgraduate courses, and two and three day programmes which can be tailored to specific requirements. Twice a term we offer a coaching and mentoring masterclass.

The 25 May 2011 saw our first Masterclass with Dr. John Eaton. A good launch with a different angle on coaching and mentoring as personal genius was considered.
