Terms & Conditions

Withdrawal from the programme with at least two months’ notice in advance of module 1 will not incur any fee.
Withdrawal from the programme less than two months before module 1 will incur 50% of the full programme fee.
Withdrawal from the programme after module 1 but before module 2 will incur 75% of the full programme fee.
Withdrawal from the programme after module 2 will incur 100% of the full programme fee.

Cancellation Fee arrangements for BTS Spark (previously Coach in a Box) Programme
Should you need to cancel/re-schedule any arranged coaching sessions including the diagnostic session, 24 hours’ notice is required and the session can be re-scheduled.
If sufficient notice is not given, or the session is missed for any reason, it will be forfeited. Should you wish to re-schedule a missed session it will be the responsibility of the delegate to arrange and pay the cancellation fees - £150.00 for the 1 hour diagnostic session, and £90 per thirty minute coaching session.
